In this section, you will find details of all that you need to know to book. Please remember that if you are an HA member, you will need your membership details to be able to register at the discounted rate.

Not an HA member?
Did you know? It is cheaper to become an HA member and access your tickets at the membership rate, plus a range of other benefits all year round. HA members get up to 40% discount on HA events, including the HA Conference.
Recordings package
If you can’t make it to Newcastle:
- Purchase the recordings package to ensure that you don’t miss out on the enriching experience.
- Discover a realm of knowledge tailored to your convenience, with access to the recordings ‘on demand’ after the conference.
- Please note these sessions will not be streamed live on the days of the event.
In-person package
Your in person conference package includes:
- Access to a full programme of workshops, lectures, and visits
- A fantastic opportunity to meet in person and network with colleagues
- A chance to meet face to face with publishers and exhibitors

*Concessionary rates are only available for HA members who fit into one of the following categories: retired; student; trainee; ECT (Years 1 and 2); parental/maternity leave; long-term sick leave; unwaged. To enjoy the discounted member rate, please ensure your membership is up to date and provide your membership number when booking. Corporate members can purchase up to four tickets (Historian), eight tickets (Secondary) or twelve tickets (Primary) at the member rate.
2027 conference fees are inclusive of VAT. Please read our Terms and Conditions before booking.
